Mark Munson, Espiriam
Mark studied commercial Law and Economics at Kingston, Surrey. In 1985, he joined Cap Gemini as a Principal Consultant before becoming Head of the IBM Practice in 1988.
Mark formed his own consultancy practice in 1998, supporting transformational change, His consultancy clients have included Polygram International, British Airways, Royal Bank of Scotland, Virgin Media and Trend Micro.
In 2003, Mark became Executive Director at Skymark Financial Services, specialising in international solutions for the online gaming sector. He managed the technology teams in Malaysia and The Philippines, before assuming responsibility for their Beirut-based card association.
Mark returned to the UK in 2006, and provided interim payment management services to the leisure and media sector. Clients have included Ivobank, BSkyB, and Ladbrokes where he was Head of Payment Services, processing over £1 billion of transactions per annum, supporting 17 currencies and 20 international payment solutions. He is currently advising a number of emerging businesses in the gaming, payment and loyalty management sectors.
He lives in Guildford, Surrey with his wife and has three children.

Chris Jones, Senior Consultant, PSE Consulting
Chris Jones is a Senior Consultant with nine years experience working for PSE Consulting and Accenture.
He has worked for many of the major payments and mobile telecommunication firms,
assisting in developing their business strategies and implementing change programmes.
Chris has recently been extensively involved in the prepaid market and is recognised as one
of the market's foremost commentators. He has recently published a number of articles and reports
into Europe's prepaid market.
In addition Chris has developed a number of areas of speciality
in the payments industry: market entry strategies for US firms in Europe; the impacts of SEPA
on the development of the cards market within Europe; new venture set-up and operation;
and the development of new cardholder's products such as dynamic currency conversion (DCC).

Pedro López, Managing Partner, MartinAndino Abogados
Pedro López is the founder and managing partner of MartinAndino Abogados since 2009,
a Spanish legal boutique based in Madrid and specialized in IT, TMT, Internet and Gaming law.
He joined MartinAndino from KPMG Abogados where he was the head of the IT and Communications
Area in Madrid. Pedro advises and represents a large number of local and international
companies in all types of TMT issues (with a particular focus on the financial services sector).
Pedro is a frequent lecturer in many Universities and Business Schools and his publications include
many articles and reports relating to IT, TMT and Internet law matters.

Dave Parker, Business Leader Merchant Acquiring, MasterCard Worldwide
Dave is responsible for leading MasterCard UK & Ireland Division's relationship with four of the leading Pan European Merchant Acquirers.
He is also leading MasterCard UK's review of MasterCard involvement in the Gaming / Gambling payment environment.
Dave has extensive experience in the payment processing arena, covering Card Acquiring and money transmission.
Dave joined MasterCard in April 2002. Before joining MasterCard he spent 30 years in the banking industry with NatWest & RBSG undertaking
a number of roles and management positions. From 1986 Dave held senior roles in both Card Issuing & Acquiring.

As part of PayPal's European product strategy team, Alistair manages PayPal's mobile products for Europe, including PayPal's mobile applications and mobile
checkout products. Additionally he develops and manages new solutions for payment, both online and off.
Alistair joined PayPal from the Advanced Payments practise at management consultants Edgar, Dunn & Company where he was principally working on mobile
financial services solutions for mobile operators, handset manufacturers, card schemes, banks and alternative providers across Europe, Russia the Middle East and
North/East Africa.

Sarah Francis, Director, Productive Payments
Sarah works as an advisor for a number of clients on a global basis.
Over 16 years working in the payments industry with e-money licensees, card issuers, acquirers, PSP's, schemes, operators and mobile companies. Sarah's experience
covers 200 countries, 28 currencies and payments including cash, cards, cheques, mobile, wallets, contactless and bank transfers.
Sarah is focused upon the mechanics that enable companies to access money in the consumers pocket and returning that funding or sending it elsewhere for p2p, bill
payment, payroll, money remittance and general spend. Enabling the delivery of compliant, cost effective and consumer friendly products.

Jonathan Williams, Director of Strategic Development, Experian
Jonathan is responsible for innovation, working with the payments industry and strategic projects within the Fraud and Authentication division of Experian. Spanning both
technical and marketing disciplines, Jonathan focuses on the commercial opportunities created by market change, partnerships or technological developments and how
these can be made to benefit all parties within the payments chain.
Jonathan joined Experian Payments after promoting strategies for growth as European Business Development Manager for Fujitsu Telecom. Prior to this he was responsible
for the product propositions which took two start-ups to IPO: Content Technologies and Virata Corporation He has also held engineering and IT roles at British
Aerospace (now BAE Systems), the University of Cambridge and Advanced Telecommunications Modules Ltd
Jonathan holds an MA in Theoretical Physics and a postgraduate qualification in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge and is the Experian representative
to the Euro Banking Association (ABE) and the Payments Council. |
